By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Standard Apple EULA​

WayOut relies on the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this app, you agree to the terms set forth by Apple:

2. Physical Safety Disclaimer​

WayOut encourages users to walk and be physically active. However:

  • You represent and warrant that you are in good physical condition.
  • You agree to pay attention to your surroundings (traffic, obstacles, etc.) while using the app outdoors.
  • WayOut is not a medical provider and the app is not intended to provide medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise routine.

3. WayOut Pro Subscriptions​

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
  • Lifetime Access: This is a one-time purchase that grants unlimited access to Pro features for the lifetime of the application.

4. Refunds​

All purchases and refunds are handled directly by Apple via the App Store. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
