1. Why isn't the blocking working?

Please ensure you have granted Screen Time permissions.

  • Go to iOS Settings > Screen Time > Apps with Screen Time Access and make sure WayOut is enabled.
  • Also, check inside the app if the "Shield" is active on the Dashboard.

2. How do I restore my purchase?

If you bought WayOut Pro but don't see the features:

  • Go to Settings inside the app.
  • Tap on the "Upgrade to Pro" banner or "Manage Subscription".
  • Tap the "Restore Purchases" button at the bottom.

3. How do I delete my data?

Since WayOut stores data locally:

  • Simply deleting the app from your phone will remove all your data, coin balance, and history.
  • To revoke health permissions, go to iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > WayOut.
